Collaborated with faculty, guest speakers, fellow students, and other organizations (RU Bilingual and Literary Studies in Spanish Organization to provide hands-on workshops and meaningful cultural experiences.
Managed the SpanPort Department Grant for Developing Cultural Projects (2022-2024), overseeing a budget of $500 to support materials and food expenses for workshops and events.
Coordinated logistics for all events, including room bookings, material preparation, food arrangements, and outreach to ensure smooth execution and engaging experiences.
Designed promotional materials and promoted events through marketing efforts in order to enhance visibility and grew event awareness within the Rutgers community.
